Key Account Manager


Job Description:

• Partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers (Institutional Tenders and Big Accounts / Pharmacies Chains), and to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Responsible for developing long-term relationships with ATM Pharmaceuticals portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
• Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
• Ensure All Our ATM products availability and Expiry Date Follow through Connection with ATM Store Account.
• Manage Your Designed Sales Target Per Account through Delta / Alex Region.
• Set Activity Goals. Include sales activities target as part of your plan.
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers (UPA, Institutions and Chains)
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, Key Persons inside every Account.
• Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed Using contacts to generate new business
• Consulting clients about campaign/Projects requirements and objectives
• Agreeing timescales and budgets with Marketing Department.
• Delivering ideas and final products to clients for review
• Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
• Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client’s projects and Results
• Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects per Unit Objectives.
• Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
